1st Annual Blackberry Jamboree!
Happy 4th of July! Join us at the Farm this Friday, July 8 for another great event! We'll be open from 6-9:30pm, and everyone is invited to bring an acoustic instrument or a song to sing for an open jam from 6:30-8:00pm. From 8:00-9:30pm the Steward Family String Band and Guests will perform Old Time Texas Fiddle tunes and Traditional Folk Song with several songs for everyone to sing along. Fun Events this Week!
We have some great events planned for the upcoming week! We plan to be open for U-Pick Blackberries, Blueberries, & Sunflowers on Tuesday from 8am-1pm and Wednesday from 7am-10am. The Café & Market will also be open during these times. On Friday night, we are having an outdoor concert with Three String Circus, starting at 8:00pm! This is $5 for ages 12 & up. Feel free to BYOB and lawn chairs for this event! U-Pick Blackberries will be available before the concert, from 6-8pm. Come hungry! We'll be serving pulled pork sandwiches, sausage on a bun, hot dogs, and desserts...
U-Pick Schedule This Week
We'll be open for U-Pick Blackberries, Blueberries, Sunflowers, & Zinnias on Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday from 9:30am-2:00pm this week. The Café & Market will also be open during these times!
Free Outdoor Movie Night
It's blackberry season on the farm, and we are hosting a free outdoor movie night following our U-pick blackberries event on Friday, June 17. U-Pick Blackberries will be available from 6-9pm, and the movie will start at 9:30pm. We will be showing one of our favorite movies, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian! We have chairs and benches, but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Bug spray is recommended! Our Café & Market will be open for this event, and we will have dinner, dessert, popcorn, candy, and other snacks available...
Open on Saturday for U-Pick Blackberries!
We'll be open on Saturday from 10:30am-2:00pm for U-Pick Blackberries! More berries are starting to ripen, and we still have some strawberries in the greenhouse available for picking. The Café & Market will be open with lunch and dessert. Our menu includes pulled pork sandwiches, sausage on a bun, chicken salad croissants, hot dogs, blackberry pie, ice cream with blackberries, blackberry limeades, & more! We also have strawberry & blackberry jam and syrup available!
